in terms of timing and costs , they may vary based on the type of goods purchased and the delivery address, especially if they are outside the borders of Italy, or on islands, or areas that are difficult to reach.
When processing your Purchase , the Available Shipping Methods , cost and expected delivery date of the order will be shown.
Orders are taken over and processed during our working hours (Monday - Friday - 09.00 \ 13.00). For this reason , orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following day , while orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning .
All orders placed from 1pm onwards will be processed on the current day but shipped the following day, not before 1pm.
Production and Shipping Times
The shipping times indicated in the product data sheets of the clothing items include the processing times required for their creation . As regards the products in stock, the shipping times will only be indicative of the delivery time of the goods by the courier .
If an order presents goods with different shipping times , the system will notify a delivery time equal to the longest of those of the various products selected.

For all shipping operations, Online Dance Shop collaborates with GLS , a leading company in the sector in Europe , chosen for the excellence and reliability of their services. For shipments outside the EU we rely on UPS.

Home delivery
For shipping, Online Dance Shop offers a Standard Shipping service with slight surcharges only for Sardinia and some smaller islands . The delivery time must be considered starting from the moment of receipt of the order confirmation email during working hours
Shipping cost
- Italy excluding Sardinia - €4.90
- Sardinia and Minor Islands - €4.90
- Abroad - Varies depending on the country.
NB For some foreign countries, the cost of customs operations will be added to the cost of shipping.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT
At the time of shipment , a confirmation email will be sent in which the customer will be able to find the code to track the shipment .
This code can be entered on the website www.gls-italy.com in the specific section dedicated to tracking where they can thus check the status of the shipment.
DELIVERY AND NON-DELIVERY
Delivery by the courier takes place from Monday to Friday during office hours at the delivery address specified by the customer . It is not possible to make appointments with the courier to agree specific delivery times.
If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not available at the shipping address or by telephone, the courier will leave a notification indicating the number to contact the shipper and in any case will attempt to deliver the package for two consecutive working days .
Orders that cannot be delivered to the customer after these procedures will be returned to our office.
