This Pointe Shoe offers all the attributes and features of the Serenade but with a stiffer shank . The Scarpa is designed with extra support to control the foot laterally, offering a tight, snug fit at the heel. The wide platform offers support that is perfect for dancers prone to buckling or falling sideways from pointe .
- The design of the shank under the metatarsal helps to retain the foot in the shoe, supporting it as best as possible
- The Platform features a wide, oblong shape, with less height in the Box, which offers greater lateral support when on Pointe
- The full-length shank supports under the metatarsal to help retain the foot in the shoe
- The heel has a snug and narrow fit
